Return and refund conditions
At Kytone, we make every effort to offer original and quality products.
If despite all the care taken with our products, you are not satisfied, you can return your product to us within 14 days.
To be eligible for a refund, the request must be made within 14 days of receipt.
The product must be new, and returned with its original packaging.
Your request for reimbursement must be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or via the form available on your order tracking.
Once your package has been received, it will be checked and a refund will be made using the payment method used for the order.
If the size of the product ordered is not suitable, send us an e-mail to email@example.com specifying the desired size. Return your item to: STOCKAZ - KYTONE Rue du Nauron, CHAURAY, A, 79180, France.
A size exchange will be made within 7 days upon receipt of your package.
If the product is no longer in stock in the requested size, a purchase order equivalent to your order will be issued, or you can request a refund.
Products sold, or purchased during special operations (BLACK FRIDAY, ...) or on the OUTLET page will not be refunded or exchanged, excluding warranty.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
In the case of a size exchange, the return costs are borne by Kytone.
If the product seems defective, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the problem encountered, if possible, attach photos.
A return slip will be sent to you by email, upon receipt, we will exchange the defective product.
If the product is no longer in stock, a purchase order of equivalent value will be sent to you by email.
